Jeffrey Rosenthal is a Managing Partner of Imperial Capital Group, which he cofounded in 1989. Mr. Rosenthal has co-led the formation of all of the Imperial Capital Acquisition Funds, and the resulting acquisition of a number of successful portfolio companies. He has been integrally involved in the oversight and growth of these businesses, leading or co-leading follow-on acquisitions and arranging both private and public debt and equity financings.
He is currently a board member of Dental Corp of Canada, Workplace Health and Cost Solutions Ltd. , and Canadian Veterinary Network.
Mr. Rosenthal received his BA degree with majors in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto in 1984 and his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1988.
He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Ticker Club, Cambridge Club, and the Oakdale Golf & Country Club.
