Stephen Hall has cycled all over the world, from Italy to Hawaii to New Zealand. This June, he will be cycling for a cause, and riding from King City to Collingwood in the 2016 Hero Ride. Stephen has worked at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare for 23 years, and is a manager of professional practice for health disciplines. He is inspired every day by the patients he and the staff see at Bridgepoint, and is excited to support them in this year’s Hero Ride.
“I am fortunate enough to be in good health to cycle in Hero Ride, and I’m riding for people who may not be able to participate, due to mobility challenges,” says Stephen. “Every day, I see people who are heroes in their own health, and I’d like to emulate what I witness on our patient care floors. These patients overcome challenges on a daily basis, and I’d like to challenge myself by completing Hero Ride.”
Stephen is hoping to raise at least $2,500 for Bridgepoint through the ride. Funds raised from Hero Ride will help Bridgepoint continue to transform the care experience and improve outcomes for patients living with multiple health conditions.

Recently, Bridgepoint became part of Sinai Health System, along with Mount Sinai Hospital, Circle of Care, and the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute. Sinai Health System is working to become one of Canada’s leading integrated health systems, and realize the best health for people with complex care needs.
“There’s a saying, if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together,” says Stephen, “I’m really looking forward to working with my team, and pushing each other to go faster and farther for Bridgepoint.”
