On November 19-20, influencers and ambassadors took to social media to raise $1 million in 24 hours for the ‘Party in Our Crib’ campaign. Party in Our Crib is a partnership between The Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation and Sinai Health Foundation to raise funds for over 30,000 babies at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and Shaare Zedek Hospital in Israel.

The campaign was co-chaired by Stacey Cynamon and Jenny Solursh and kicked off at noon on November 19 in the Hennick Family Wellness Gallery at Mount Sinai Hospital. An army of over 135 ambassadors, influencers and volunteers were manning phones, sending emails and actively posting about the campaign on social media, all in an effort to garner awareness and raise funds. There was a photo booth and lots of snacks and treats throughout the day to keep the party going.

The campaign closed on November 20 at noon and an incredible $1,091,191 was raised by over 800 donors.
These critical funds will provide new birthing beds, warming beds and incubators to give the 30,000 babies born at both hospitals annually a healthy start in life.
