Arianna Huffington shares 3 tips for better sleep
Sleep is not optional, according to Arianna Huffington, author of The Sleep Revolution. Though culturally we tend to view sleep as “wasted” time, for the brain it is actually a time of frenetic and essential activity. In fact, sleep deprivation is linked to high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, depression and anxiety. We asked Arianna what we can do to get more restful, restorative sleep.
